摘要
以接枝有磺酸钠的PBA为原料,采用特殊的工艺合成了纳米蒙脱土插层改性的水基聚氨酯,其W X R D、T E M和S E M分析表明,有部分聚氨酯分子与蒙脱土中硅酸盐片层形成了插层结构,而其静态力学性能测试结果说明,这种方法可显著增强水基聚氨酯力学性能。通过其热失重曲线还可发现,纳米蒙脱土改性可提高水基聚氨酯的耐热性。
Intercalation modified waterborne polyurethane with nano-montmorillonite was synthesized by adopting special techniques with PBA grafting sodium sulfonate as a material. Analysis by WXRD, TEM and SEM showed that partial polyurethane molecule and silicate layer in montmorillonite form intercalation structure.Statics testing results showed that this method can remarkably reinforce mechanical properties of waterborne polyurethane .It could be found from thermal weight loss curve of samples that nano-montmorillonite modification can improve thermal resistance of waterborne polyurethane.
