摘要
用生产普通型聚酯工业丝的设备,在工业化生产的条件下,生产具有良好尺寸稳定性的高性能聚酯工业丝。对生产过程中的固相缩聚切片黏度控制、喷丝板的选择、喷丝头拉伸、拉伸和定型等工艺进行了较为系统的试验优化,探索总结出了较为理想的解决方案,并成功生产了定负荷伸长(4.0cN/dtex)达5%左右、干热收缩率(177℃,1min)为4%~5%的高性能聚酯工业丝。
Based on the equipment for producing conventional polyester Industrial yarn, under the conditions of industrial production, to produce high performance polyester industrial yarn with good dimension stability is selected as a target for this study. How to control the viscosity of upgraded chips, how to select right spinneret and how to set the proper parameters of drawing & heat setting have been systematically investigated, and a successful solution to produce high performance polyester industrial yarn with the EASL(4.0cN/dtex) around 5% and hot air shrinkage (177℃,1 min) from 4% to 5% has been reached.
