丙酮酸对大鼠移植小肠缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨丙酮酸(pyruvate)对大鼠移植小肠缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其机制.方法:建立大鼠小肠移植缺血再灌注损伤的动物模型,实验组和对照组分别经肠腔给予含有丙酮酸钠和等能量的多聚葡萄糖营养液,对不同冷保存缺血、再灌注时间的小肠进行组织病理学观察并利用酶联免疫法检测肠黏膜中的TNF-α和IL-6水平.结果:丙酮酸处理后的小肠组织损伤较对照组明显减轻,小肠黏膜中TNF-α和IL-6水平减低.结论:丙酮酸对大鼠移植小肠缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用;该保护作用与丙酮酸减少小肠组织中的TNF-α和IL-6水平有关.
