摘要
以国内外有关结构性能水准和性能目标的主要研究结果为基础 ,根据耗能减震加固结构的特点 ,结合我国《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB5 0 0 11 2 0 0 1)的要求和基于性能抗震加固设计理论 ,将耗能减震加固结构的性能分为四个水准 :健康、亚健康、病态、生命安全。针对不同重要性类别的建筑提出了三个层次的设防目标 :“小震不坏 ,中震可修 ,大震不倒”、“中震不坏 ,大震可修”、“大震不坏”。最后 ,将设防目标进行了量化。
Based on the state-of-the-art about structure performance levels and performance objects at home and abroad, in accordance with the characteristics of seismic retrofitting of structure with dissipators, and the requirements of the Code for Seismic Design of Buildings (GB50011-2001) and the theory of performance-based seismic retrofitting design, the performance of seismic retrofitting of structure with dissipators is classified as four levels: healthy, hypo-healthy, sick, and safe. Three levels of fortification objects are also put forward for various buildings with different factors of importance. They are “no damage for small earthquakes, repairable for moderate earthquakes and no collapse for large earthquakes”, “no damage for moderate earthquakes and repairable for large earthquakes” and “no damage for large earthquakes”. The fortification objects are quantified as well.
