摘要
目的 评价两种充填材料对C形根管充填的密实性和根尖封闭效果 ,为其临床治疗提供实验依据。方法收集因各种原因拔除的下颌第二恒磨牙 ,且具有C形根管特征 ,共 4 5颗 ,随机分为 3组 ,分别用AHPlus糊剂以及AHPlus糊剂加牙胶尖、ZOE糊剂加牙胶尖以侧压法进行根管充填。通过立体镜观察X线片 ,检测充填的密实性 ;采用Goldberg等的透明标本法 ,配合染料渗透技术 ,测量染料渗透长度 ,数据行统计学分析。 结果 AHPlus糊剂的密实性优于ZOE糊剂 ;3组实验的微渗漏均值分别为 :(2 4 1± 0 2 8) ,(1 4 8± 0 2 3) ,(2 2 6±0 2 5 ) ,AHPlus糊剂加牙胶尖组的微渗漏均值显著高于其他两组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其余两组均值比较无统计学意义。结论 AHPlus糊剂加牙胶尖的充填方法 ,其良好的充填密实性和根尖封闭效果 ,可以应用于临床C形根管的充填治疗。
Objective To estimate the blocking efficacy of 2 kinds of root canal blocking materials in C-shaped canal and to provide the experimental evidence for its clinical use.Methods Forty-five mandibular second molar with C-shaped canal which were extracted were divided into 3 groups.They were then filled with AH Plus paste,AH Plus paste with gutta percha and ZOE paste with gutta percha respectively in lateral condensation technique. X-ray was observed to exam the dense quality.Goldberg's method and the technique of dye osmosis were employed.Then the dye osmosis length were measured and the date was analyzed statistucally.Results The dense quality of AH Plus paste is superior to that of ZOE paste.The microeffusion of three groups were measured:(2.41±0.28),(1.48±0.23),(2.26±0.25).AH Plus paste with gutta percha was significantly less than that of the other 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusions AH Plus paste with gutta percha may be the root canal blocking material in C-shaped canal filled because of the better dense quality and closed effect.
