香菇精的合成方法改进 被引量:2

摘要 研究了香菇精的合成方法,以二溴甲烷代替二碘甲烷降低了生产成本,减少了操作步骤,反应时间缩短至12h,收率由35%提高到38%。产物经IR、1HNMR、MS分析,证实该化合物为香菇精。 The synthetic process of lenthionine was improved by using dibromonethane instead of di-iodomethane to reduce the production cost and procedures, thus the reaction time was shortened to 12 h, and the yield was increased from 35% to 38%. The structure of the product was characterized by IR, 1H NMR and MS.
