彩色多普勒超声显像应用于轴型皮瓣血管的检测 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)在轴型皮瓣血管检测中的应用价值。方法36例拟转移或移植轴型皮瓣,术前应用CDUS检测皮瓣轴心动脉的起源、内径、走向,并做体表定位,与手术对照。结果36条轴心动脉内径0.5mm~2.1mm,收缩期峰值流速(SPV)13.17cm/s~60.32cm/s。手术验证超声定位血管符合率100%。术后皮瓣全部成活。结论CDUS可对皮瓣轴心血管做出准确可靠的评价,有利于皮瓣的合理选取和设计。 Objective To evaluate the application of color Doppler ultrasonography (CDUS) in the examination of axial pattern skin flap. Methods With the aid of CDUS , preoperative, mapping and size determination of artery in 36 various axial pattern skin flaps were identified, then these arterial originate ,distribution and location were marked on patient′s body surface. The skin paddle can then be designed to lie exactly over these arteries, ensuring blood supply to the skin paddle. Results Of 36 skin flaps, the internal diameter of artery were at 0.5 to 2.1mm , and arterial SPV were at 13.17 to 60.32 cm/s, all the results were confirmed by operation. Conclusions It appears from this study that color Doppler ultrasonography can be a useful imaging modality to assess the blood supply of axial skin flap, therefore, it is available to clinical design for skin flap.
