橄榄酒色纯甜香 ,并因其含黄酮类化合物而具有抗氧化、抗菌、保健等功效 ,本文采用常规分析方法 ,对橄榄酒中微量元素、总黄酮、总糖进行分析测定 。
Wine of canarium album is rich in flavonoids and possesses powerful biological active effect .This paper adopts routine methods to determine the content of trace elements ,total flavonoids and saccharin so that it can provide foundation for the development of wine of canarium album.
