抗CD3单克隆抗体的作用机制及其在临床上的应用 被引量:3

摘要 CD3分子是T细胞表面的标记性分子 ,与T细胞受体 (TCR)组成TCR CD3复合体 ,在抗原识别和免疫信号传导过程中具有重要作用。利用抗CD3单克隆抗体激发或阻断T细胞活化信号转导 ,清除效应T细胞或诱导调节T细胞产生 ,为治疗器官移植排斥和自身免疫性疾病提供新的方法和手段。目前 ,抗CD3单克隆抗体已广泛应用于临床治疗器官移植后排斥反应 ,疗效显著 ,而将其用于治疗自身免疫性疾病的研究处于起步阶段 ,确切的疗效及其可能的机制有待深入的探讨。
