无血清的眼组织对晶状体上皮细胞的培养

摘要 目的 从细胞水平探讨后囊混浊形成的机理,及各种眼组织对晶状体上皮细胞的作用。方法 应用 倒置显微镜观察、台盼蓝拒染法、绘制生长曲线、Giemsa染色比色法观察房水、房水添加皮质、房水添加玻璃体对 BLEC增殖的影响。结果 房水能显著抑制BLEC的增殖,皮质、玻璃体均促进BLEC的增殖。结论 晶状体上皮 细胞的增殖是PCO的细胞学基础。无血清刺激下,房水抑制PCO的形成,晶体皮质、玻璃体均促进PCO的形成。 Objective To study the pathogensis of lens posterior capsular opacification and the effects of different ocular tissue on bovine lens epithelial cells(BLEC) in cell culture level.Methods The effects of aqueous humor,lens cortex, vitreous humor on the proliferation of BLEC were studied with light microscopy, growth carve,typan blue, Giemsa-staing colorimetry.Results Aqueous humor remarkably inhibited the proliferation of BLEC, and lens cortex, vitreous humor could promote the proliferation.Conclusion The proliferation of BLEC is the cell base of posterior capsule opacification(PCO).Without the stimuli of serum,aqueous humor may prohibit the PCO and lens cortex, vitreous humor may promote the PCO.
