摘要
①目的 对目前最常用的燕尾底板托槽和网状底板托槽的粘结强度进行对比研究。②方法 选择因正畸需要而拔除的双尖牙为实验样本 ,将离体牙随机分为两组 ,每组 10颗。在第 1组牙面上粘结燕尾底板托槽 ,在第 2组牙面上粘结网状底板托槽。以材料力学实验机分别对两组进行抗剪切强度的测定 ,并对每一牙面上的粘结剂残留量进行粘结剂残留指数 (ARI)计分统计。③结果 两种底板托槽之间的抗剪切强度比较 ,差异无显著性(t=1.5 4 2 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ,其ARI计分比较 ,差异亦无显著性 (Hc =0 .0 0 0 ,P >0 .0 5 )。④结论 体外研究结果提示这两种托槽在粘结强度上差别不大。
Objective\ To compare the bond strengths between swallow tailed base and foil mesh base brackets. Methods\ Twenty extracted human premolars were randomly divided into 2 groups, 10 teeth for each group. Swallow tailed base brackets were bonded on the teeth in group 1, and foil mesh base brackets on those in group 2. The immediate shear bond strengths were tested in groups 1 and 2. The adhesive remnant index (ARI) was recorded.\ Results\ There were no significant differences statistically both in shear bond strengths( t=1.542, P >0.05) and in ARI scores ( Hc=0.000, P >0.05) between the two kinds of bracket bases.\ Conclusion\ In vitro study indicates that there is no evident difference between the two kinds of brackets in terms of adhesive strengths.
