摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定2-羟基-3-萘甲酸生产废水中1-羟基-2-萘甲酸、2-羟基-3-萘甲酸、2-羟基-6-萘甲酸、β-萘酚四组分的含量.方法以Selectosil C18为分离柱,以V甲醇∶V水=80∶20, pH 4.0为流动相,紫外236 nm波长处检测.回收率为96%~103%,RSD<2.5%.
HPLC was applied to the simultaneous separation and determination of 1-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid, 2-hydroxy-3-napthoic acid, 2-hydroxy-6-naphthoic acid and β-naphthol in waste water drained from the process of preparation of 2-hydroxy-3-naphthoic acid. Selectosil C_(18) (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as separation column, and a mixture of methanol and water with a ratio of 4 to 1 at pH 4.0 was used as the mobile phase. UV-detection were made at 236 nm for all these four compounds. Recoveries obtained were in the range of 96%~103%, and RSD′s found were less than 2.5%.
