运行经验表明,一类或一批电气设备往往具有共同的质量弱点,这样,已发生的缺陷或事故对其他类似设备具有警示作用。通过状态分析,对于预防类似事故、改进产品质量、提高设备监督管理水平具有重要的指导意义。文中介绍了电气设备状态管理工作的过去、现状和对未来的建议及展望。
Operational experience has shown that a kind or a batch of electric equipment has usually common weak points, the deficits or faults may present warning effect to similar equipment. Through condition analysis, it has important instruction significance to prevent from similar faults, improve product quality and promote monitoring and management level. This paper also introduces the electric equipment condition based management in the past, present and prospect in the future.
