摘要
研究了在相邻分子间具有各种非线性相互作用的蛋白质分子中由局域性涨落和结构畸变导致的自局域性集体激发和孤立子运动的特点。它们的特性依赖于这个非线相互作用势,在此时存在超声速、声速和次声速的孤立子运动。
The properties of the autoloealized collective excitation and soliton motion resulted from the deformation of structure and the localized fluctuation in the protein molecules with various non-linear interaction potentials between the nearest neighbour molecules have been studied. Its properties depending on the non-linear interaction potentials, there are the supersonic, sonic and subsonic soliton motion in the protein molecules.
