摘要
根据点焊脉冲大电流输出的特点,改进了采用辅助网络的移相控制ZVSPWMDC/DC全桥变换器,最大限度地减小了二次侧占空比丢失;通过编程、设计并优化了滞后桥和辅助网络参数;采用双环控制,使输出电流能够高度精确跟踪电流编程基准,防止了偏磁。
According to the characteristic of spot welding,in this article,the ordinary FB ZVS PWM DC/DC convertor with auxiliary network has been modified in order to minimize the loss of primary duty ration.The parameters of the lag bridge and the auxiliary network have been optimized by programme.A double loop control method has been used,so the output current can accurately follow the programmable reference,and the flux imbalance is avoided.
