摘要
X波段双基站多普勒天气雷达系统是一种新型气象探测雷达系统,主要用于测量降雨回波的三维风场。根据X波段天气雷达的功能要求及设备组成特点,采用波导缝隙天线及GPS系统解决了空间、相位、时间的三大同步问题,具有结构简单、价格低廉、工作可靠、灵敏度高等特点。还分析了确定系统性能指标的算法,并给出了基于GPS的具体工程实施方法,该系统有很好的推广价值。
X band bistatic Doppler weather radar is a new kind of weather detection radar system. It can detect three dimensional wind vector fields from the echo of rain. According to the characteristics and functions of X band weather radar, slotted waveguide antenna and GPS are used to solve the synchronization problems of space, phase and time. The system has some characteristics such as simple structure, cheapness, reliability, high sensitivity and so on. This paper analyzes the algorithm of computing the system performance and suggests engineering realization scheme based on GPS.
