摘要
本文针对人们普遍关注的工业盐中毒问题,对食盐与含有亚硝酸钠的工业盐进行了比较,介绍了工业盐对人体健康的危害、工业盐中毒的原因及预防措施,探讨了区别食盐与工业盐的方法。
People pay much attention to the poisoning of industry salts. This paper makes a comparison between table salt and industrial salts, latter contain NaNO 2, introduces the harm of industrial salts to human health, the causes of poisoning and the preventing measures, and discusses the methods to distinguish table salt and industrial salts.
