摘要
利用族组成分析、FT IR、1H NMR 和13C NMR 考察了 FCC油浆及其经溶剂选择性多级萃取后得到的富芳馏分(FCCRF)的组成结构变化。结果表明, FCCRF 芳烃含量高, 胶质、沥青质和杂质含量少, 且芳环上取代基大多为甲基, 体系分子组成较为简单、均匀。FCCRF 热解的总趋势是: 分子中最不稳定的键断裂, 低分子产物以气体的形式逸出, 而留在液相中的多种自由基经缩聚、重排形成以苯环平面相互结合的缩聚体。通过调控热解程度, 可制得软化点为121℃、残炭为50%、相对分子质量为551的与美国 A240沥青性能相近的各向同性沥青。经1H NMR和13C NMR 分析, 得到由 FCCRF 热解制得的软化点为 121℃的各向同性沥青的平均分子结构参数, 该沥青的主要组分———甲苯可溶物的平均分子式可表示为 C45.33H32.21N0.23S0.19O0.32。
Using of group composition analysis, FT-IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR, the composition of FCC slurry and aromatics enriched fraction (FCCRF) by multiple extraction were investigated. It was found that FCCRF contained higher aromatics, lower resin, asphaltene and impurities, and most of the substitutional radicals attached on aromatic rings were methyls. The composition of FCCRF was simpler and more homogeneous than FCC slurry. During the pyrolysis of FCCRF, the most instable bonds in molecule were ruptured, low molecule mass components were extricated as gas, multiple free radicals left in liquid phase finally formed the polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons through condensation, rearrangement. Controlling the pyrolysis degree, the isotropic pitch with characteristics similar to A240 was obtained, its softening point was 121°C, carbon residue 50%, and molecular mass 551. Based on the analyses of 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR, average molecular structural parameters of isotropic pitch with softening point 121°C from the pyrolysis of FCCRF were obtained, and the average molecular formula of the toluene solubles in the pitch was expressed as C45.33 H32.21N0.23S0.19 O0.32.
