对氦氖激光管一些制作工艺的探讨

摘要 为解决He-Ne激光管光学谐振腔的准直问题,笔者采用了负压贴片和负压条件下固化环氧树脂的方法,使贴片前后管子状态保持不变,提高了激光管的输出功度和热稳定性;在He-Ne激光管的排气与充气系统中加入分子筛,是提高系统真空度的行之有效的方法. To solve the problem of the Collimation of a He-Ne laser's cavity resonator, the cavity mirror adhibiting and epoxy resin curing at the negtive pressure were adopted, So that the cavity coaxality is kept unchanged before and after the cavity mirror adhibiting and the output and heat stability of the laser were also incresded. adding a molecular sieve into the gas exhausting and filling systems of He-Ne laser was proved to be an effective method.
