摘要
优选出有机分子组装型(KJY-1)和无机银系(KJW-1)抗菌剂,与PP切片共混纺丝,在低速、大喷丝 板、一步法设备上生产抗菌丙纶。适当调整纺丝工艺,纺丝性能良好,抗菌丙纶的物理指标与常规丙纶无异。 KJY-1抗菌剂添加0.8%时,纤维抗菌率达99%,经50次洗涤抗菌率仍达90%以上。KJW-1型抗菌剂添加 1%时,纤维抗菌率达93%。
An organic molecular assembled antibacterial agent KJY-1 and an inorganic silver antibacterial material KJW-1 were blend spun with PP chips to produce antibacterial polypropylene fiber on a low-velocity one-step spinning equipment with large spinnerets. The obtained antibacterial PP fiber had a good spinnability and comparable physical properties to regular PP fiber through adjusting spinning process properly. The antibacterial rate was 99% and 93% when the addition of antibacterial agent KJY-1 and KJW-1 was 0. 8% and 1% , respectively. The antibacterial rate of KJY-1 kept above 90% after washing 50 times.
