摘要
本文分析了1992年以来高校职称评聘工作的基本情况,指出了高校职称评聘工作中的一些问题。同时,按照高校人事制度改革的要求,有针对性的提出了解决有关问题的对策,为今后高校职称评聘工作提供参考。
This paper analyzes the general circumstances in the work of evaluating and engaging the title of a professional post in Universities from 1992 and points out the problems in it. Meanwhile, according to the reform requirements of the university personnel system, it pertinently puts forward the countermea-sures against these problems, which provide reference for the future work.
