摘要
对厚2.1mm的Ti-15-3合金(Ti-15V-3Sn-3Cr-3Al)薄靶板,在受到7.62mm手枪子弹攻击后的弹坑断口形貌特征、显微组织变化、绝热剪切带类别及动态破坏情况进行观察分析。指出弹坑断口有增塑现象;在高速变形中产生的局部剪切带是导致靶板弹坑断裂的根源。
The pistol bullet craters of target sheet of Ti-15-3 alloy have been examined for fractograph microstructure, the adiathermal shearing band, and the dynamic fracture state. An increased plasticity was found in the fracture of shell crater. The local shearing band which was formed during rapid deformation is the main reason for the failure of target sheet.
