摘要
知识创新是企业知识管理的核心,而知识交流则是促进知识创新的重要方式和途径。在企业内部,由于主客观因素的影响,使得知识交流的速度和效率都不能达到最好。本文在对影响企业内部知识交流的各种因素详细分析的基础上,研究了克服各种障碍因素的对策,从而建立起一套科学、合理的创新激励机制,充分激发企业员工知识创新的积极性,达到提高企业整体知识创新水平的目的。
Knowledge innovation is the core of knowledge management and knowledge intra-communication is the most important method and way to promote it. Because of subjective and external factors, the enterprises cannot reach a very high velocity and efficiency of knowledge intra-communication. Based on detailed analyzing of all sorts of impediments of knowledge intra-communication, this thesis puts forward countermeasures on them and aims to speed up enterprise's knowledge innovation.
