摘要
目的 :探寻治疗三叉神经痛的有效方法。方法 :将 4 9例原发性三叉神经痛患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组 31例采用齐刺颧加阳陵泉、丰隆穴治疗 ,对照组 1 8例以口服卡马西平治疗。 结果 :治疗组总有效率为 90 3%,对照组总有效率为 72 2 %。两组比较 ,差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :以齐刺颧穴为主治疗三叉神经痛疗效优于卡马西平药物对照组。
Objective To search for an effective therapy for trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Forty-nine cases of trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into 2 groups, a treatment group (n=31) and a control group (n=18). The treatment group were treated by triple needling at Quanliao (SI 18) and acupuncture at Yanglingquan (GB 34), Fenglong (ST 40). The control group were treated by oral administration of carbamazepine. Results The total effective rate was 90.3% in the treatment group and 72.2% in the control group with a very significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of needling at Quanliao (SI 18) on trigeminal neuralgia is superior to the carbamazepine.
