摘要
以五水硫酸铜(CuSO4·5H2O)等为主要原料制备纳米铜粉的工艺;表征分析借助X射线衍射(XRD)测定纳米Cu的图谱,并证实为纳米级;采用环境扫描电子显微镜测定了纳米Cu的粒径大小(30~75 nm);实测纳米Cu添加剂的润滑油的润滑效果,其抗磨减摩等性能远优于传统润滑油,可成为新一代润滑油的抗磨减摩添加剂.
This experiment was conducted to analyze the tentative technique of preparing nano-Cu powder with CuSO_4·5H_2O as the main raw material. XRD examination showed that the product was nano-Cu; STM determination showed that the Cu powder had a particle size within the range of 30~75 nm; the lubricity of lubricant with nano-Cu as addictive was measured, and results showed that its friction coefficient was lowered and the wear was reduced, thus this lubricant was proved better than the traditional one. So nano-Cu can be used to serve as a new lubricant addictive.
