摘要
提出并建立了一种用“光子”作试剂代替各种氧化剂的维生素B_1光化学反应——FIA荧光分析法,对反应体系的介质,注样速度,注样管长度以及注样方式进行了实验和讨论,维生素B_1浓度在0~2.0μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999,检出限为2.0ng/ml(S/N=3),对9份含维生素B_1为0.10μg/ml的试液进行平行测定,相对标准偏差为2.7%,对维生素B_1片剂分析,测得维生素B_1含量为标示量的94%,标准加入回收率为97%~100%,对维生素B_1注射液分析,测得维生素B_1含量为标示量的100%,标准加入回收率为95%~100%,在尿液基质中做标准加入回收实验,回收率为80%~83%。
In this paper,a new approach was suggested to the analysis of vitamin B,. Instead of using chemical reagent, photon was used as 'reagent' to initiate the fluoresent derivative reaction. That is, vitamin Bj was changed into a highly fluorescent compound(λex/ λem = 370 nm/440 nm)on irradiation of ultraviolet light in NaOH medium and the fluorescence intensity was monitored by FIA technique. The effects of medium,sampling rate and approach,the length of the tubing,as well as foreign vitamins on the reaction were investigated and discussed.
