摘要
在pH=6.0的NaAc-HAc缓冲溶液中,在表面活性剂5-磺酸-2-氨基吡啶存在下,2-(6-甲基-2-苯并噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙基氨基苯酚(MBTAE)与钌(Ⅲ)形成稳定的紫红色的络合物,其最大吸收波长位于562nm处,表观摩尔系数ε=3.33×10^4mol/L·cm,钌(Ⅲ)含量在0~20μg/10mL范围内符合比尔定律,线性方程为A=0.2740c(μg/mL)+0.03293,线性相关系数r=0.9817,体系简单、方法简便,用于钌碳催化剂样品中钌含量的测定,结果令人满意.
In pH=6. 0 acetate buffer solution medium and the presence of 5-surfonic acid-2-aminopyri-dine, the reagent 2-(6-methyl-2-benzothiazolylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol reacts with Ru(Ⅲ) to form 2 :1 orange red complex with an apparent molar absorptivity of ε=3. 33×104 L · mol-1 · cm-1 at 488nm . Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-20μg/mL for Ru(Ⅲ). The proposal methods is applied to the a-nalysis of Ru in Ru-C catalyst sample with satisfactory results.
