摘要
无机粒子经TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯 )表面修饰再通过接枝聚合PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 )而构成高分子化的复合粒子。研究了构成复合粒子的主要参数 ,以及与PVC混配后对PVC材料的力学性能影响。结果表明 ,在复合粒子 /PVC质量比为 3 0∶10 0的情况下 ,可提高拉伸强度 40 % ,冲击强度 2 5 %以上 。
Composite particle was composed of the inorganic particles grafted with tolylene diisocyanate and then grafted with PMMA. Main parameters of the composition and the influences of composite particle on mechanical properties of PVC materials were discussed. The results showed that tensile strength had increased by 40 percent and impact strength had increased by 25 percent when the mass ratio of the composite particles and PVC reached 30∶100. Thus the toughened PVC could be used for the cable.
