摘要
目的探讨综合ICU人力资源合理运用,提高护理质量的方法。方法合理进行人力资源的利用,采取改变排班模式,实施以人为本的管理模式和进行ICU专科技术的培训。结果护理技术操作合格率、基础护理合格率、护理文件书写合格率均在96%以上;无褥疮及护理差错的发生;床位使用率从68%上升到100%;平均住院天数从6d下降到3.6d;护士平均每年积存补休假1053h下降到210h;护士对排班方式都持赞同意见。结论合理有效地进行人力资源的调配能充分调动护理人员潜能及积极性,是提高临床护理质量的重要保证。
Objective To explore the methods of reasonable management of human resources and improvement of nursing quality. Method The following methods were used, such as changing traditional model of work shift, implementing the modern human-oriented management model and carrying through ICU special training. Results The eligible rate of nursing manipulation, basic nursing and nursing writing were all over 96%. No bedsore and nursing error occurred. The bed usage rate in our ICU rose from 68% to 100%. The mean days of hospitalization shortened from 6 days to 3.6 days. Annual cumulative vacation time decreased from 1 053 h to 210 h. All nurses are satisfied with the new work shifts. Conclusions Reasonable and effective manipulation of human resources can inspire the potential and initiative of nurses, and guarantee nursing quality.
