摘要
目的:探讨表面麻醉下青光眼手术的可行性与安全性。方法:29例(53眼)青光眼患者经表面麻醉后进行手术,随机选取同期手术28例(53眼)患者采用局部麻醉作为对照,比较2组不同麻醉方法的麻醉效果及并发症。结果:局部麻醉组中,结膜下出血和眼睑出血的发生率显著高于表面麻醉组(P<0.01)。表面麻醉组中2例因疼痛需改行结膜下麻醉,其余均能配合完成手术,与局部麻醉组比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:表面麻醉对青光眼手术是一种安全、有效。
AIM: To discuss the feasibility and safety of glaucoma surgery under surface anaesthesia. · METHODS: A total of 29 cases (53 eyes) underwent glaucoma surgery after surfa ce anaesthesia. Another 28 cases (53 eyes) accepting local anaesthesia at the sa me period were randomly selected as controls. The effects and complications were compared between the two groups. · RESULTS: The incidence of subconjunctival haemorrhage and palpebral haemorrha ge in controls was significantly higher than that of Experimental Group (P < 0.0 1). Two cases in Experimental Group needed subconjunctival anaesthesia because o f pain feeling, and the others cooperated in the surgery without significant dif ference with controls (P >0.05). · CONCLUSION: Surface anaesthesia is a safe and effective method for glaucoma s urgery with few complications. ·
