研究了闽南-台湾浅滩上升流区海洋发光细菌的生态分布与种类组成,结果表明:该海区海水中发光细菌的数量波动范围为0.5-12.5CFU/ml,占总菌数的0.49%-14.67%。对所采得的共108个水样进行了发光菌数分析,其中有74个水样可检出发光细菌,占总水样数的68.7%。发光细菌在沉积物中的数量波动在0.188×10^3~2.25×10^3CFU/g之间,占总菌数的0.67%-9.44%。发光…
The authors studied the ecological distribution and specious composi-tiors of marine photobacteria in the upwelling regions off Minnan-Taiwan Bank. The results showed that in the total of 108 seawater samples. 74 of them contained photobaeteria. The abundance of photobacteria fluctuated from 0. 5 to 12. 5 CFU/ml in the water and 1. 88×102 to 2. 25×103 CFU/g in the sedioments throught the year in the investigating area. 4 species of photobaeteria : P. fisheri L. harveyi, P. mandapamensis and p. phosphoreum were isolated and p. phosphoreum was predominant one. The relationship of the distribution of photobaeteria with environmental factors and the roles of photobaeteria in the flow of material and energy in the upwelling ecosystem and also as an indicator of upwelling were discussed.
