摘要
研究了 Eu—Gd—TTA—TOPO—TritonX-100体系的共发光效应,即加入 Gd^(3+)离子可使 Eu—TTA—TOPO—TritonX—100体系中 Eu^(3+)的特征荧光强度大大增强,该体系可用来测定痕量铕。Eu^(3+)在1.0×10^(-10)—1.0×10^(-7)mol/L 范围内与其荧光强度呈线性关系。Eu^(3+)的检出限为1.0×10^(-11)mol/L,比无 Gd^(3+)存在时体系的检出限约降低两个数量级。
A new columinescence system,which is produced by adding some rareearths to Eu-TTA-TOPO-Triton X-100 system,is first found and studied.In present paper,Eu-Gd-TTA-TOPO-Triton X-100 columinescencesystem is studied in detail.The optimum conditions are that the concentra-tion of Gd^(3+) is equal to 1.0×10^(-5)-1.25×10^(-5)mol/L and pH=6.08-9.15.The system can be used for determination of trace amounts of Eu^(3+).Thedetection limit of Eu^(3+)is 1.0×10^(-11)mol/L,it decreases by two orders ofmagnitude in comparison with the Eu-TTA-TOPO-Triton X-100 system.The rare earth oxide samples have been determinated,the results aresatisfactory.
