摘要
目的 催化合成无毒增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯。方法 以柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料 ,用催化剂NS - 1催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯 ,探讨酯化反应的最佳反应条件。结果 当正丁醇、柠檬酸的摩尔比为 4 .5∶1,催化剂用量占反应物料总质量的 0 .9%时 ,反应 3.5小时 ,酯收率达到 95 .9%。结论 该催化剂简单 ,具有应用价值。
Objective: To study catalytic synthesis of tri-n-butyl citrate. Methods: Tri-n-butyl citrate was synthesized by citiric acid and n-butyl alcohol with catalyst NS-1 and the reaction conditions were discussed.Results: The yield of the ester could reach 95.9%. Under amount of moler ratio of alcohol and acid were 4.5∶1. Time of refluxing was 3.5h. Amount of catalyst was 0.9% of total mass of the system. Conclusion: The catalyst NS-1 is not only simple but also applicable.
