The Hardware Design of Hardware-in-Loop Simulation System of Diesel Engine High Pressure Common-Rail ECU Based on CAN Bus

摘要 介绍了一种基于CAN总线的柴油机高压共轨ECU硬件在环仿真系统的硬件设计。以MOTOROLA 的高性能32位单片机MC68376为基础,完成7x及48x信号、传感器信号的产生和相关I/O信号的输出,并实现了 ECU反馈信号的准确测量,为整个ECU硬件在环仿真系统的开发提供了坚实的基础。 The hardware design of a Hardware-in-Loop Simulation system (HILSS) of diesel engine High Pressure Common-Rail ECU based on CAN bus is introduced in this paper. Based on the high-performance MCU MC68376 of MOTOROLA, besides the 7x, 48x and the sensor signals are generated, the corresponding I/O signals are output and the accurate measurement of ECU feedback signals are realized, Which provides a firm foundation for the development of the whole Hardware-in-Loop Simulation system.
