碱性成纤维细胞生长因子与重组异种骨复合的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)和重组异种骨(RBX)复合(bFGF/RBX)后的临床应用体会。 方法 分别将bFGF/RBX用于脊柱结核后路植骨融合3例、股骨中下段骨髓炎后病理骨折骨不连2例、骨囊性变 术后骨缺损修复9例、成骨不全弯曲畸形栅状截骨矫形1例。结果 全部病例骨痂生长丰富、改造塑形及愈合时 间早而充分;无原发病复发、排异反应、感染,术后反应热均在术后4~5d至正常。结论 bFGF/RBX是一种组织 相容性好、诱导成骨能力强、安全可靠且骨源丰富的生物复合植骨材料。但须注意原发病的治疗、植骨床的准备及 该材料的制备和应用原则。 Objective To explore the osteogenesis and osteoinductive capability of RBX with bFGF(bFGF/RBX) in clinical application.Methods bFGF/RBX were used in curing 15 patients:3 cases were of bone grafting and arthrodesis of spine through posterior approach, 2 cases of femoral nonunion、after femoral osteomyelitis with pathological fracture, 9 cases of bone defect after curettage,one of osteotomy for deformity of osteopsathyrosis.Results All cases were followed up for 6~24 months postoperatively: ①Profuse callus、quicker remodeling and earlier recovering were seen on radiograph;②Neither immune rejection nor infection and focus of returning were found in all cases,and their fever resolved 4~5 days postoperatively.Conclusion bFGF/RBX is a safe combinating biomaterial with obvious capability of osteoinductive and osteogenesis,satisfactory histocompatibility and rich bone sources.But it is important to concern with prepareing for bed of bone implanting,preparation of combinating biomaterial,and management of original disorder,observance of clinical application.
