摘要
本文以浙江师范大学为例,分析了高等教育大众化进程中的大学定位与管理创新问题。大众化必然带来竞争与多样化,只有找准学校定位,办出特色,才能在竞争中获胜。浙江师范大学正面临着从师范性向多科性、从教学型向教学研究型的转型任务,必须在观念、制度、操作等层面进行管理创新。为此作者提出了“塑造办学理念,设置多样化的组织,形成学科特色”三大措施。
Taking Zhejiang Normal University as an example, this article analyses the university orientation and management innovation in the popularization of higher education. As the process of popularization inevitably brings about diversification and competition, so only by determining a correct orientation and manifesting its distinctive features can a university win the competition. Zhejiang Normal University, which is undergoing its transformation from a teacher-training agency to a multidisciplinary university and from a teaching-oriented school to one that emphasizes both teaching and research, is in urgent demand for the management innovation in its conception, institution and operation. Therefore the authors put forward three measures, viz. to construct the conception of education, to set up diversified institutions and to establish distinctive disciplines.
