摘要
以齿轮精锻工艺模具智能设计为研究对象 ,建立了集成智能设计系统的模型 ,将有限元分析方法与工艺、模具及电极设计的知识表示方法以及推理机制相结合 ,建立了回弹量预测的模糊神经网络 ,并应用于智能系统 ,开发出了相应的程序 。
With the intelligent design of the precision forging die for gears as a study subject,an integrated intelligent system model has been set up.By integrating the finite element method,the knowledge expressing methods and reasoning mechanisms for the technological process,die design and electrode design,a fuzzy neural network for predicting elastic recovery has been built up and applied to the intelligent system,and the corresponding program has been developed.The intelliˉgent system is verified with a practical example.
