摘要
分析了电站自动化技术的发展现状与最新进展: 随着计算机和信息技术的发展, 电站生产过程的自动化程度达到了前所未有的高度; 电站自动化技术已从传统的过程控制领域逐步渗透到了电站运行和管理的各个方面。指出了电站自动化发展面临的三个方面的挑战: 社会日益增长的用电需求与一次能源短缺之间的矛盾; 提高机组可用率与保证电力生产安全稳定之间的矛盾; 加快电站建设与节约能源、保护环境之间的矛盾。结合当前大多数电站的实际应用, 提出了现代电站自动化的理想发展模式———以统一数据平台为依托的层次化结构。在此基础上, 阐明了现代电站自动化技术的两个重点发展领域: 先进控制理论方法的应用研究和基于高度信息集成的管控一体化。
This paper analyses the existing and the latest advances of power station automation:the standard of automation in production is higher than before thanks to the progress of computer and network technologies;the automatic techniques have been used not only in production but also in supervision and management.At the same time, three challenges have been faced by the power station automation:the conflict between the increasing power demand of society and the shortage of primary energy resource,the conflict between improving the usable rate of units and ensuring the security and stability of electric power production,and the conflict between expediting power plant building and energy conservation and environment protection.The author proposes a new progress mode of power station automation,which is a hierarchal structure based on the uniform data platform.On this condition,two main development fields are suggested:the applications of advanced control methods and the unity of control and management based on highly information integration.
