摘要
奥林匹克主义不是一般意义上的体育活动,它始终以教育为核心,提倡的是通过体育和文化及教育相结合,培养身心和谐发展的人。将奥林匹克主义的内容纳入到高校体育的系统教育中去,让身心发展处于最关键时期的大学生接受奥林匹克主义的教育,有利于丰富学生学习内容,开阔眼界,陶冶情操,形成正确而高尚的人生观、价值观。
Olympic spirit education is not a physical activities in generality.As the core of education,Olympic spirit education advocates to foster students body and mind through physical,cultural and other related education.The training of Olympic spirit in the system of higher education for college students,who are at their critical moment in the development of a good health and sound mind,helps enrich students studies,broaden their horizons,refine their sentiment,and develop their noble and lofty outlook of life and values.
