摘要
散热器是某电子系统的关键零件,其几何形状复杂,尺寸大,性能指标要求高,成形难度很大.采用了等温压制工艺,成形温度为350℃~360℃.并用快换式模具结构和局部引流法等,成功地压制出镁合金散热器件.其力学性能,高、低倍组织和尺寸精度均符合要求.
The dispersing heat equipment is a key part of certain electain electronic system,its form of geometry is complicated, its size of the part is large, the requirements of performance index is high, the forming degree of difficulty is very great. We have adopted the press method under equal temperature state and the pressing temperature is 350℃-360℃, and have adopted the structure of the mould of changing type quickly and some diversion method, etc. Succeed in having pressed the part of dispersing heat equipment and the mechanics performance of the part, the high and low time organizations and size precision fulfil requirements.
