摘要
实验研究了纤维素酶法提取浒苔多糖的工艺条件 ,通过单因素试验和正交实验 ,确定了最适提取工艺条件为 :提取时间为 2 .5h ,温度为 4 0℃ ,pH值为 5 .0 ,加酶量为 8% ,浒苔多糖的提取率为 2 0 .2 2 %。
The technology of extracting polysaccharide in Enteromorpha interspinlis with cellulosase was studied. By single factor and orthogonal tests, the optimum extracting conditions were that by adding 8% of cellulosase the extracting time was 2.5 h with temperature at 50℃ and pH 5.0. This method could result in the extraction rate of 20.22%.
