摘要
本文介绍了毛细管区带电泳(CZE)—质谱(MS)联用设备的构造、各结构单元的组成和特点。应用这套设备分析了一些生物活性物质的混合物,显示了高的分离效率(约300,000理论塔板)和极高的灵敏度(10^(-15)摩尔)。并提供了混合物中各组份的分子量数据和结构信息。
In this article the costitution and distinguishing feature of a capillary zone electrophoresis/mass spectrometer(CZE/MS)is described. By means of this equipment a mixtures of bioactive compounds was analyzed using the on line coaxial continuous——flow fast atom bombardment(CF-FAB)interface. Not only high separation effcciencies(about 300,000 theoretical plates) could be obtained from low famtomole levels of bioactive compounds but also the molecular weihgt and structure information of every components in the mixture appeared.
