摘要
目的 :研制一种能够通过呼吸训练达到改善心功能的便携式仪器 .该仪器可进行心率、氧饱和度、脉搏强度同步测量 ,以及脉搏波形显示和数据存贮 .方法 :根据生物反馈理论 ,将血氧饱和度等生理参数的测量与呼吸训练疗法相结合 ,控制胸内压变化 ,起到自身反搏的作用 ,从而改善心功能 .治疗效果直接通过测试数据及波形变化反映出来 .结果 :通过自体反搏训练 ,均感觉有镇定情绪、调节精神的作用 .另外 ,通过进口血氧仿真BIO TEK对本系统的校验 ,氧饱和度在75 % - 99%时 ,测量误差不大于± 1% ,说明测量部分具有较高的准确性和重复性 .结论 :该仪器结构简单 ,使用方便 ,为心血管疾病的预防和治疗提供了一个可行的方法 。
AIM: To develop a body counterpulsation measuring and training system for the heart function improvement, which can be used to measure the heart rate, oxygen saturation and strength of the pulse wave, to display the wave and to store the data. METHODS: On the basis of bio feedback principle, the chest pressure was controlled by the synchronic training of the respiration with the heart cycle and the heart function was improved through the counterpulsation. Moreover, the device combined the measurement of physiology with the training of respiration, so the training results could be directly displayed. RESULTS: Device was found to have the function of tranquilizing moods and heightening spirits. The error rate was smaller than ±1% between 75% and 99% of the oxygen saturation, which was confirmed by Bio Tek, an imported oximetry simulator, indicating that the device had accurate measurement and good training results. CONCLUSION: Device is simple in structure and easy to use, especially for the purpose of home health care.
