摘要
阐述了高炉回旋区运动及反应机理 ,建立了模拟回旋区的三维综合模型 ,模拟了回旋区内物理过程和化学过程 ,得到了焦炭颗粒的速度分布、回旋区内的温度分布和高炉风口燃烧带的温度及煤气成分变化 .冷态模拟结果与实验结果基本一致 。
The mechanisms of movement and reaction in raceway of blast furnace was investigated, an integrated 3-D model for raceway of blast furnace was built. The model was used to simulate both the physical and chemical process in the raceway. The simulation gave the velocity distribution of gas and particle, the temperature distribution in raceway and the changes in temperature and gas composition in blast ignition belt. The prediction results are in agreement with the experimental results, the predicted distribution of temperature is in accord with practice.
