摘要
本文讨论分析了光流法、相邻帧差法和不变矩特征检测法检测运动目标的特点与不足,提出了基于时域和空间的运动目标检测方法。实验表明,该方法完全满足视频监控需要,既达到了很高的灵敏度,又能有效地防止脉冲噪声的干扰。
This paper analyses method of optic flow, method of neighbor-frame difference and method of unchangeable-matrix-character checking, then discusses advantages and disadvantages of them. Finally method of checking mobile object based on time domain and space is put forward. Tests prove that this method satisfies requests of video supervising perfectly. Because it has fine flexibility and can prevent interfereing of impulsive noise effectively.
