摘要
制备了纳米二氧化钛/丝素复合膜,并用原子力显微镜、X射线能谱和红外光谱对复合膜进行了表征,以甲基橙为例,考察了复合膜的光催化行为。结果表明复合膜制备方法合理,当纳米二氧化钛与丝素质量比为0.1%时,其以粒径50nm左右均匀分散于复合膜中,复合膜与普通丝素膜仅存在细微的构象差异,复合膜表现出较优异的光催化性能,甲基橙降解率可达91%,符合Langmuir Himshelwood模型。
The nano titanium dioxide/silk fibroin composite membrane, which was characterised by atom force microscopy, X-ray energy dispersive spectrometry, and infrared spectrometry, was prepared. The photocatalytic capability of the composite membrane was studied with methyl orange as a sample. The experiments show that the method of preparing membrane is good, when the mass ratio of nano titanium dioxide to the weight of silk fibroin was 0.1%, about 50 nm in size would homo-disperse in the composite membrane. There is only a nuance in conformation between pure silk fibroin membrane and composite membrane. The composite membrane represents more excellent mechanical intension, and can degrade methyl orange with a rate of 91%, and its photocatalytic behavior can be interpreted by Langmuir-Himshelwood model.
