摘要
非国家机构的政府理论是中国特色政府治理研究的重要领域。对非国家机构的政府问题作进一步的学理性分析,需要探讨构建“非国家机构的政府”与“NGO”、“第三部门”理论对话平台的可能性,以及非国家机构的政府理论对于实际运用的意义。
The non-state government theory is an important research field of government administration with Chinese characteristics. To make a further scientific analysis of government as a non-state organ, we need to probe into the possibility of building a theoretical dialogue platform among “non-state government”, “NGO” and “the third department” and practical significance of non-state government theory.
