摘要
食品安全是近年来引起我国政府、社会及理论界广泛关注和热烈讨论的大问题,食品安全法律法规体系的建设问题更是重中之重。我国政府对食品安全问题非常重视,经过多年的努力,目前已初步形成了食品安全法律法规的基本框架。毋庸讳言,同发达国家和国际社会比较,我国现有的法律法规尚存在一定的缺陷和不足。在此基础上,本文有针对性地对中国食品安全法律法规体系如何建设的问题提出了一些想法。
Food safety is an important question discussed and cared by the government, theory researchers and society masses recently in China, where the rule of law is the most important concern. The basic frame has been set up after a long time effort under the government guide, but there are many deficiencies compared with the advanced countries or international standards. In this paper, some new ideas have been proposed about establishing the rule of law of food safety in China.
