摘要
通过实验研究了负载电阻对四边形PSD的影响规律。实验结果表明,负载电阻对四边形PSD的总光电流没有影响,但对光斑定位有影响。其对PSD四个角位置附近定位误差的影响最大。随着负载电阻值的增大,计算光斑位置不断向PSD几何中心收缩,位置测量均方根误差及非线性度呈现先减小后增大的变化规律。研究还发现适当的负载电阻还可以改善PSD中央大部区域的枕形失真并减小定位误差。
The influences of load resistance on tetra-lateral position sensitive detectors (PSDs) are studied by experiment. The results show that the total photocurrents are not affected but positioning error. The positioning errors at the four corners of the PSDs are affected most. With the increasing of load resistances, the measured positions of light spots are shrinking to the center of PSDs, and the root mean square position error and non-linearity show the characteristic of decreasing first and increasing afterwards. The results also show that the appropriate load resistances can improve the pincushion distortion and decrease the positioning error in the most central area of PSDs.
