摘要
目的 观察左羟丙哌嗪的镇咳作用。方法 采用化学物质刺激致咳、机械刺激致咳和电刺激致咳的模型。结果 左羟丙哌嗪可明显抑制由氨水和枸橼酸引起的咳嗽反应 ,作用与等剂量的可待因相当。对于机械刺激和电刺激所致豚鼠的咳嗽反应也有明显抑制作用 ,作用强度为可待因的 1/ 6～ 1/ 4 5。结论 左羟丙哌嗪为一良好的镇咳药。
Aim To observe the antitussive effect of levodropropizine.Methods Using irritant aerosol and mechanically and electrically induced coughing models to test the effect of drug.Results Levodropropizine show good antititussive activity in irritant aerosols model, its antititussive activity was comparable to Codein. It could also significantly inhibit the coughing response induced by mechanical and electrical stimulations, it was 1/6～1/4.5 as active as Codein.Conclusion Levodropropizine was an effective antitussive drug.
